AUTUMN MIGRATION

The trip with us will be different from what you have experienced so far. It won't be comfortable, it won't be warm or cozy. There will be fatigue, sweat and fighting with your own weaknesses. It will be an exciting adventure and experiencing nature in the best possible sense.

During the time you spend with us, you will have the opportunity to photograph with the methods we use, without compromises and without trodden paths. We will make our way through swamps and peat bogs, thickets and endless pools. There will be moisture, water and more water around. There will be a lonely night among hundreds of birds and an extraordinary feeling of fulfillment at sunrise.

There will also be what we love the most, i.e. active photography, approaching the riverbeds at night in floats. We will set off on a great rally through an endless pool to be close to an amazing spectacle at sunrise.

WHO WE ARE?

Lukasz Boch and Marcin Baranowski. We have been dealing with nature photography for a decade. This one dominated our lives, creating a different, better dimension in which we constantly reside. Enthusiasts, explorers and adventurers, lovers of wild creatures and plants. In the constant delight of the light of dawn, the taste of the wild river and the rustle of old trees.

WHY US?

Our everyday life is learning and constant search for the way to the goal. We never take shortcuts, and hard work and a deep conviction about the value of the road itself and its experience have become our philosophy. We experience nature and the beauty of the world emotionally in a deep, almost metaphysical way, while constantly trying to improve our skills. Discovery is the essence of beauty, and beauty is the highest value for us.

OUR EXPERIENCE

Throughout all these years of being in the bosom of nature, we have learned that the challenges we set ourselves lead to an inner sense of fulfillment and harmony. That is why we have chosen the most difficult and demanding roads. Water is our element and we spend time in it almost constantly, regardless of the season. We spent thousands of hours in the treetops, and even more camping in the wild, which gives us great satisfaction all the time. We have completed numerous photographic projects in every environment we have in Poland.

WHAT DO WE PHOTOGRAPH?

Everything that we can meet during autumn migrations. Our theme is cranes, but also geese and herons, but this is just the beginning of the variety you will see. Black storks, all kinds of plovers, seagulls, cormorants. The date you choose is very important. There are major changes in nature between August and November, so if you are interested in a specific species, please write to us.

HOW IT'S WORKING?

Want to have adventure with us? Write to us what dates you are intrested in August-November, and we will offer you a suitable option. Or if you have already decided on a specific of our offer, send us a proposed date. We set the price depending on the numer days you spend with us. The longer you stay, the more experiences we will make. 

During your stay, you can decide what form of photography you prefer. Let's propose and show you the available methods, but it's up to you to decide. We take photos from the water using floating hides or from mobile hides. Taking photos from the water is more active and gives a lot of emotions, but then we can only take photos at sunrise, because at night we will be approaching the bird stands. In the second case, you need to spend the night with the birds. Although this requires more time commitment, it gives you two sessions instead of one. You photograph at sunset and then wake up among the birds and photograph at sunrise.

We will provide you with accommodation in a hotel of a nice standard, food including tree meals per day and full care od our team.

„AUTUMN MIGRATIONS” - 3-DAY OPTION

• The day of arrival is not counted as the first day. On this day we conduct organizational classes. We are preparing for the trip and we are discussing thedetails. In the evening we provide dinner and overnight stay.
• We start the first day with a water trip. Using excellent floats from MrJanGear, we will set off to immerse ourselves in the world of autumn migrations. Then, after breakfast, we plan rest and free time. After lunch, we set off on a trip with an overnight stay in the field. We will stay there until the next morning. We will spend the night in equipment from Tragopan. The birds will arrive in the evening and we will stay with them all night until the morning departure.
• The next day, after a morning session and a night spent with the birds, we return to the hotel for breakfast. Now is the time to rest, recharge your batteries and organize your equipment. In the afternoon we go back to the birding area to take pictures at sunset, and then spend the night with the birds.
• The last day we wake up in the field and start with a morning session with birds. Then we return for breakfast and end our wonderful adventure. During the enire stay, we provide food in the form of the third meal and accommodation of the day in a hotel of a nice standard.
• We provide care of the Elyzium team and all equipment from our sponsors MrJangear and Tragopan.

• On the last day we wake up among the birds. After the morning session, we return to the hotel for breakfast and this is how our wonderful adventure ends.

"AUTUMN MIGRATIONS" - OPTION TO BE DETERMINED

• If you have your own idea of the length of stay, there is no problem at all. Write to us.
• The minimum time you need to book with us is two days.
• We count two days in such a way that the day of arrival is not counted as a day. Only the numerous next day and the day of departure. This solution provides us with the opportunity to perform one morning sessions on floating hide and one night spent with birds during which we will do an evening and morning session. This makes three sessions in total.
• You can buy as many days as you like.

WHAT WE PROVIDE IN PRICE:

We will provide you with everything you need. Take only your camera and clothes, the rest will be on our side.

· Proffesional Floating Hides from MrJanGear.

· Water photography suits from MrJanGear.

· Backpacks and transport equipment from MrJanGear.

· Meals including three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

· Overnight in a hotel of a pleasant standard.

· Care of the Elyzjum team, including guidance, consulting and full logistics from the moment the participant arrives at the agreed place.

· It is possible to organize transport from the airport (additional option).

LIST OF THINGS THAT WILL COME IN HANDY:

· Digital camera capable of shooting in RAW (mandatory).

· Lenses, if any, if the camera is interchangeable (mandatory).

· Photographic head. If you do not have, please contact us.

· Laptop.

· Clothing appropriate for the season. We will be in the field a lot, the weather cannot be guaranteed, so it is better to be prepared.

· Appropriate footwear for field work, it is worth enriching them with ordinary rubber boots.

· Camouflage net.

· Thermos.

· A headlamp or other flashlight.

· Power bank.
